1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must include original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Return Process

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item arrived damaged)

We will provide return instructions once approved.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
